This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedure for cancelling your subscription to the services provided by Pointr Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
- How to Cancel: Send a formal request to cancel@pointrsolutions.co.za.
- Effective Date: Cancellation becomes effective once processed by our team.
- Data Handling: After cancellation, account data is retained for a 14-day grace period before permanent deletion.
2. Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Pointr Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
- General Policy: Payments made for the Service are non-refundable.
- No Refunds for Partial Use: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time within a billing cycle.
- No Cooling-Off Period: Due to immediate access to the digital service, you waive any statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law.
- Billing Disputes: Contact support@pointrsolutions.co.za within three days if you believe you were billed in error.
